This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
When registering, please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.
A limited number of scholarships are available. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, click on the following link and complete the Scholarship Application. Also email me directly.
REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AND TEAMS FORMED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. ONCE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS HAVE BEEN REACHED AT A GIVEN GRADE AND GENDfER LEVEL, REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CLOSED FOR THAT LEVEL.
THE FOLLOWING PRIORITIES FOR REGISTRATION HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED:
1. Parish members
2. Returning players and siblings
3. New to program players
Registrants will have a spot if registered and paid on time.
Please new players email a PHOTO COPY of players Birth Certificate
UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE, YOUR CHILD’S NAME WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE APPROVED LIST FOR PLAYER EVALUATIONS AND TEAM FORMATION.
